By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. ntest is open to entrants ("Entrant") who are legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Void outside of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C., and where prohibited. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. This promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Incomplete entries are void. Limit one (1) entry per person per household. Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant with the same e-mail address and/or from the same computer are void. Online entrants must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made.

PROMOTION PERIOD. The promotion begins on January 10, 2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (EST) and ends on June 30, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST ("Promotion Period").

HOW TO ENTER. To enter the drawing, you must sign up for the ContestHound.com Contest Update Newsletter and be a subscriber for the duration of the promotion. You must provide a complete and valid email address to qualify for entry. Any email address that bounces (returned undeliverable) will be deleted from the drawing immediately.

SELECTION OF WINNER. Winners will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received within 7 days after the contest ending period. All decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by email. A Canadian resident selected as a potential Winner must correctly answer an unaided, time-limited, skill-testing question, as a condition to claim a prize. ContestHound.com is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any late, lost, or misdirected notification, or for winner's unsuccessful efforts to claim any prize. Entry, acceptance, and/or use of any prize offered constitutes agreement by the winner to the use of the winner's first name, photograph, and/or other likeness for the purpose of advertising and promotion by ContestHound.com without any further compensation to the winner unless prohibited by law. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: One winner will receive a new Nintendo Wii. Prize will be sent to the email address submitted by the selected winner via e-mail upon notification that he/she has been selected as a winner. ALL TAXES, DUTIES, AND SIMILAR CHARGES, IF ANY, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER AND ARE NOT REFLECTED IN THE VALUE OF THE PRIZES AWARDED. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY. All entrants release ContestHound.com from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this promotion and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. ContestHound.com is not responsible for prize quality or utility. ContestHound.com will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor, or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The Prizes may not be sold, transferred and are not convertible to cash. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prizes in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Prizes are unavailable. Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.

Contest Sponsor reserves its right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Contest including canceling any method of entry, and select a winner from previously received eligible entries.
